Toesday!

Today is Toesday, you know what that means....

Clay toes!
Four toes,
Eight toes,
Blurry toes.
"Mama... Why isn't the Lady coming in?"
"I don't know, Lionel.  Why isn't the Lady letting Mama out?"
"My goodness, Lady.  Florence wonders when was the last time  you cleaned this window."

  1. CLAYTOES!! but I think you mean five toes ten toes.. Kitties only have four on the back foot (unless they are polytoed)

  2. Clay, and Florence and Lionel-oh my! Soooo cute!
Kelly-how big did you say they were last (shoot I'll go back and look it up). Oreo is now 2 lbs. 12 oz. and doing well. She's approx. 11 wks old.

    1. She's getting to be such a big girl!! I'd have to rifle through the paperwork to check on the Jeffersons, but they are so much younger than Oreo that it's not a good comparison. I am also reminded that I should invest in a scale if I'm going to keep doing this.

The Adams babies made their last vet visit with me at 9 weeks old and ranged from 1 lb 11 oz (Hudson) to 3 lb 1 oz (Bentley). And everyone asked what I had been feeding them because they were porkers who were gaining weight hand over fist (and they looked bigger when I saw them last week too!)

The Jeffersons at 6 weeks seem bigger than the Adams at 6 weeks. Mama is getting bony though. I need to focus on fattening her up!

  3. Clay is a little cutie; pink toes AND a pink nose. Your glass door to the foster room is great! Even if it gets a little smudged, it still must help everyone used to each other so much faster. My slider is smudged on BOTH sides. Every cat is always on the wrong side of that door.

    1. Don't I know it! Charlie and Norman smudge the outside and the kittens smudge the inside!
